Lovely apartment with all the mod.cons Inc coffee machine and hair dryer plus usb charging and smart TV. Comfy beds. Very informative and responsive owner. Lovely location opposite park and close to restaurants and trams. Can get to Dam square in 16mins on tram.

No hand towel, can hear people if they are out on the terrace or on the street talking. Air circulation machine is noisy at night but owner explained how to turn this off at night which was much better. Some pillows a bit lumpy, more available would be good. Overall good place

Good location. It's next to a nice park and takes about 15mns to walk to the more touristy parts of the city.

The apartment is essentially a renovated basement. There furnishings are old (but in good shape) and no more luxurious than any 3-star hotel. The beds were too soft, the shower barely had any water pressure, and there was no closet to keep our clothes. But the worst part is that the apartment is located right next to a frat house. And it was very noisy for the duration of our stay. The hosts messaged us on the day of our arrival that we should expect for it to be a bit noisier than usual, as its the initiation parties at all Amsterdam frat houses (and its part of Dutch culture apparently). But informing us on the day of our arrival was of no real use, this message should have been sent at the time of booking.

This property was so lovely and cosy, perfect walking distance for getting into town.

Nothing

Good location. off the beating path. It wasn't far to walk into to town and it was quiet

It smelled musty. The bed arrangement and pillow could use and upgrade. Need to wash the towel before the guest arrive. I'm not sure I will consider this to be an apartment.
