The walking trails, the thermal waters and the location were the best qualities.
The limitations in alcohol favorite drinks like Brandies & cognacs. no good selection of beer. could not even get the popular Pilsen 6.0.
The lack of refrigerator in the rooms makes it inconvenient since the hotel does not have a convenience shop in the premises nor the bars in the property carry a good selection of liquors.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The Resort was very nice and the thermal pools were excelllent. Restaurant did a pretty good job with their buffet breakfast and dinner was very good as well.
The rooms were somewhat lacking. There was only a single desk chair in the room which was uncomfortable to sit on. Maybe a couple more chairs inside or outside of the room would have been more relaxing since the beds were the only thing you could sit on. The rooms could also have some better amenities like a coffee make and a small refrigerator. We had to constantly go to the bar to get ice.

Nice river with warm water. Food in the breakfast was really good!
They cleaned the pool at 5 am and we couldn't sleep for that morning. We were then transferred for the second night to another room.
The place in general needs maintenance and an overhaul, it's very old and some parts are deteriorated.

heated thermal pools, natural from nearby river, no fuss, friendly service
walk down by river to appreciate forest and small trail spotted Tucans in trees when at breakfast. Driving up to it I thought we were in middle of nowhere, behind the gate this small oasis. Thermal pools open 24 hours/day, even in rain

I found out that the thermal spa was not operational when we arrived.
I sent email requesting for booking.com to discount rate to $93 per reservations & refund the difference

Beautiful spot and AMAZING thermal pools
Room was quite basic with a few things actually not working too well light light switch. Seemed a little old.

Pool, wasnt that clean, but again for a spring thermal water, I guess it was normal.

Comfy. Good use of space.
Facilities are all a little old. It's fine, it's just not new. Still one of my favorite family getaways.

Really nice property. You can tell it’s old but nothing to worry about, beautiful and with good maintenance.
Besides being at 100% occupancy for new year’s eve, the hotel offers one day passes which make guests uncomfortable and there’s no sense of sanitary safety in the place.
Pools, bars, restaurants and all public areas are over crowded. Of course there are parking challenges for the hotel guests.
Either they are a public pool or a nice resort but they cannot be both, specially at these times.

We stayed here only one night so we didn't get to enjoy all the facilities. It is a very nice resort. Rooms were comfortable.
The restaurant was just OK, spa service prices were more than double of prices of the resort next door we stayed in prior. Some areas looked a bit run down.

The thermal water was nice temperature and relaxing.
Buffet food for dinner was expensive and with very little options. When we asked we preferred to order from the menu, we were told that it would take long time and that they recommended us to just go for the buffet.

The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the restaurant staff is wonderful. There is a delicious buffet breakfast that helps to get your day started. The thermal pools were very wonderful and there is a great little swim-up bar in one of the pools that plays music while you're out there.
The beds were not comfortable. The bathrooms were not very clean, including mold on the toilet seat and in the bathtub. We did not shower after using the thermal spa, preferring to wait until we made it to our next location. There are no elevators on the property which makes hauling your belongings up and down the stairs quite difficult.

The rooms are very old and tired. There is no amenities in the room (I.e. coffee maker, toiletries in the bathroom) . Nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom.
The food was poor.
The whole place looks sad and tired. We didn’t even bother using the pools. We left right after breakfast.
