Beautiful property . Rooms are comfortable and spacious. They let us check in an hour early.
Service at restaurant is horrible. Staff completely ignored our table once order was taken and food took an hour to arrive. A really bad experience.

The termales are wonderful, surrounded by plants, the water is natural, there are hot and cold pools.
The breakfast was very basic for the price of this hotel, as well as the rooms. When we arrived our room had no towels and soap. For a hotel in this category and pricing I would at least expect to find towels in the room.

The pools and the location and views were beautiful.
The food menu was a little boring and could be improved. Also, they hand you 2 different menus at the table, without explaining why and the limited range of dishes are mostly repeated on both menus.
