Hotel Casa San Carlos Lodge Pereira

De los alojamientos que más nos gustaron de todo el viaje. Casa San Carlos Lodge es una auténtica maravilla. El entorno es espectacular: todo verde, naturaleza por todas partes y unas vistas preciosas. Levantarse por la mañana allí, abrir la puerta y encontrarte con ese paisaje es una experiencia en sí misma. Es uno de esos lugares en los que realmente consigues desconectar. La piscina es enorme y preciosa, las instalaciones están cuidadísimas y nuestra habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy bonita. Pero si tuviéramos que destacar algo, sería sin duda el personal: todo el mundo fue encantador y nos hizo sentir súper a gusto durante toda la estancia. Un sitio especial, tranquilo y perfectamente integrado en el paisaje del Eje Cafetero. Nos dio muchísima pena irnos y, sin duda, volveríamos. Una auténtica maravilla 💚

Breakfast excellent. Comfortable bed. The VERY BEST shower imaginable. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful private Jacuzzi in the room. Hotel staff, excellent beyond compare: thank you!

We were literally the only ones staying in the entire hotel, which felt very odd. Lighting in the suite was not properly designed; completely flat and without any sense of light design acumen. Other meals in the restaurant were adequate but without much sparkle. Service, and all employees were WONDERFUL. Pool was not heated, therefore unusable. Certain furniture/decoration choices need to be replaced, TV wires, etc., need some interior design attention. The suite, ultimately felt like a camp dormitory.
