Excellent location! Ivo the host was very helpful with lots of good recommendations to ensure you enjoy your stay. Only a short taxi ride to the old town. Walking distance to everything in Lapad. Brilliant!

when we arrived the property was spotless. Ivo and his family are amazing hosts and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. the property is also in a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach. I would highly recommend it.

Ivo and his family are so warm and welcoming and sorted us out with everything we needed (fresh towels every day, lifts to and from the airport, booking day trips and excursions for us). Beds are very comfy and the shower is lovely, everything so clean and modern. The pool is amazing and so nice to cool off in after lying on the sun loungers for a while. 5 minute walk from the sea and supermarket. In a lovely quiet area a little bit outside Old Town, but you can get there very easily by bus. Close to lots of nice restaurants. Cannot fault the place and will 100% be back and be recommending friends and family. Thanks again Ivo!

Evo the owner could not do enough to make your stay memorable. The accommodation was very spacious, with a King sized bed and it was very well equipped excellent.

Met by Ivo(host) who took the time to welcome us and offer advice on best places to visit. We went on a day trip on a boat which was arranged by Ivo and had a wonderful experience. Nothing was to much for the host and a lovely house in a good location.

Location is perfect, short journey to old town and lovely beaches only 10 minutes walk. Rooms were spacious and very clean.

Me and my mum stayed here for seven days and we had a fantastic time. The owners were really friendly and helpful, always happy to have a chat with you and give recommendations of what to do in the local area but also happy to leave you be when you are sunbathing etc. and always provided clean towels. The location is perfect and you are just a few minutes walk away from some really nice bars and restaurants, or you can go to some of the local beaches if that's your thing. Overall the place met our expectations and we had a fantastic time. If you want to go into old town you can easily get an uber and it doesn't cost too much.

I think that most people including us had the impression from the listing that the pool was private and that we would have it to ourselves, this was not the case and you are sharing with 2 other apartments which was a little disappointing. In the end it wasn't a huge problem for us and we had plenty of times when the pool was empty for us which was great, but please be aware of this fact because it is very likely you may be sharing with others.

The apartment was really nice and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. :) We enjoyed our stay und would come again! The beach is only a short walk away, as well as a supermarket and a bus station.

The house was amazing and well located. The hosts were just exceptional and helpful. They accommodated all our requests. I would without a doubt come back during my next Dubrovnik stay!

The family who own this were very kind and helpful. We felt save. We had our own dining table and sofas outside. Parking is free.

Everything was good

Very friendly and responsive host Ivo who gave all kind of suggestions. If there was something missing in apartment, e.g. spatula for the pan or pan lid, everything was arranged in shortest possible time. Villa is located in walking distance from beautiful beach Copacabana - with children 15 minutes walk. Local supermarket with all necessary things in avfew minutes distance. We were coming by car - spacy parking place. And the pool - this we loved most of all - no working hours, you can use it also in early morning and late night. The feeling as in your own house. Defenitely recomend staying there.

There was nothing!

Great location in a good area near the beach, very comfortable apartment with good beds and air conditioning. Pool was a great plus for evening/morning swims. Hosts were informative and nice and also let us leave our bags after check out. Had a great stay here!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, very well equipped, close to the sunset beach and a lovely promenade. We took a nice walk every evening along the coast of Lapad. The bus station is 5 minutes by walk. A bus goes every 20 minutes to the main old center of dubrovnik. One of the best locations in Dubrovnik, not far from the city centre, very close to beaches and quiet. 10 minutes by walk to Central Lapad with many nice restaurants, and a small shopping area. The host is very nice and helpful. The pool area is very clean and relaxing and kids very loved it. So far, the best stay in croatia.

Great host. Nice neighborhood, quiet. Sunset beach is close. Chilling by the villa's pool was good. Supermarket is just down the street.

Very nice modern apartment in a convenient location about ten minutes walk from central Lapad with many nice restaurants to choose from. There is also a supermarket very close by, and a bus stop where buses to the old town of Dubrovnik run from. The owners are very nice friendly people and always available for any help & advice needed on the surrounding area. I will definitely be returning to Villa Vanda on my next visit!
