It was very close to the airport. Room was very clean and service at reception was great

A pochi passi dall'aeroporto. Ambiente moderno e molto accogliente. Stanza nella norma molto bella con tutto il necessario. Tutto molto pulito e ben tenuto. Check in/out sbrigativo. Possibilità di mangiare sul posto a prezzi onesti.

Peccato per l'orario della colazione. Per chi ha voli la mattina presto non è prevista. Ma comunque è un piccolo dettaglio.

The staff was very helpful, and the location of the hotel was a five-minute walk to the airport. The hotel was well designed, modern, and clean. In addition, the restaurant/bar is open very late.

My only wish is that the bed was more comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. It's also within walking distance of Poznan Airport. The hotel was extremely clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should.

My biggest issues are with the staff. They don't seem to know anything & need to be retrained. I asked for a drink at the bar & waited forever, I eventually asked for the ingredients & mixed it myself. They have a restaurant, but the food is subpar. I needed an invoice to provide to my job for reimbursement. They said that they would email it & I'm still waiting. I've read multiple reviews about people asking for invoices & never getting them, this seems to be a constant problem. 5 of us stayed at this location & only 2 were provided keys. Everybody else had to ask somebody at the reception desk to let them in, this is extremely frustrating & should not happen at a hotel.
