Location is brilliant! Provides all the basics you could possibly need.

Could probably do with a bit of an update but, to be honest, for what we paid, it is exactly what I would expect.

I enjoyed the location & the convenience. The beds were comfortable.

The shower door fell off & I had to wait until 5pm for the club house to open before purchasing ELECTRICITY for the weekend. I thought that was absolute madness & should be included in the price like any other place you stay in on the planet. However, it was comfortable.

changed to other chalet but was clean comfortable and a shower not bath. pet friendly. only problem was only 1 bowl if there are more of you. great price. would come again

Good location and on site facilities. Easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

Had to pay for utilities (electricity) which was not advertised beforehand, so we woke up on our first morning with no heat or power. Quite significant with a young child with us and really easy to advertise this correctly.

Like Hemsby, Belle Aire club really good.

The Chalet was not clean.. Rug dirty with slyg slime on it, toilet seat broken & slugs on bathroom floor, one climbing up cupboard & 3 on kitchen floor

Easy check in. Clear instructions /directions how to find the chalet. Comfy beds. Well equipped only needed to bring towels....Great location. My children 6&7 loved it. Thanks for having us and would love to return in future :)

Comfy beds, parking right next to property.

Toilet seat was broken. Panel missing above bathroom window propped up beside toilet. Not much of a view.
