Location,quiet area, plenty of parking.The site is nice.

On arrival as soon as we opened the door there was a putrid smell which turned out to be the fridge which unfortunately lasted throughout our stay.There was breakfast cereal remains and food on the counters, on the floor,on the placemats, under the table, on the dining chairs- absolutely everywhere. The floor to every room was filthy and after we spent some of our own money on cleaning products and 2 hours of our time upon our arrival on our first day of our holiday cleaning, it appeared clear that the place was not cleaned prior to our visit as the water from the floor was black.There was also stain drops down the walls by the bin, and random stains on the sofa. There appeared to be a small brown mark on toilet wall near the toilet roll holder which appears to be faeces, after brushing the bathroom floor the brush was absolutely filthy with hairs and in the end, we ended up cleaning the floor with antibac wipes, the same as all the rooms. Speaking of rooms, every single drawer in the bedrooms had long black human hair in.There was also clothing labels in some drawers and in the end we left our clothes in our bags and unpacked from our bags daily as we were not prepared to clean out someone else's hair(there was a lot) out of bedroom drawers after already scrubbing down the kitchen sides and cleaning the doors and floors as well as the fridge and bathroom. The oven tray even had foil and crumbs on from previous occupants.I do not understand why I had to pay 25 pounds for a cleaner when clearly there is either no cleaner and if there is a cleaner then you might want to sack them and actually bring someone in that can clean because upon our arrival the place looked like the people that checked out before us had just left just as we arrived. The TV had terrible reception,most of the windows were locked with no key in sight which is a clear fire hazard.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only thing we did struggle with is the double bed but I believe that’s only because you’re used to your own home comforts.

Liked the setting of the chalets with the green in the middle.

The sofa in the chalet wasn't very comfortable and the four chairs round the table were very wobbly.

Had to pay for wifi, only BBC on tv

The location was great, shops, beach and amusements and arcades all within 5 minutes walk from the site. The chalet met all our needs, it was comfortable like home from home, for the time of year when we went in November, so peaceful. Also the location for us was ideal as we have family in Norwich, so being able see them was an added bonus,

We only cooked our own breakfast but had everything u needed.

There was nothing we didn't like except the shower can b a bit slippery mayb get a non slip bath mat but was a great stay

Lovely Modern chalet, perfect for our little family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay, we liked it all but would have liked a bread knife to cut our fresh bread from the Bakery otherwise brilliant. X

Midweek we had an infestation of ants!!!! As much as I tried I could not contact anyone to sort it out, had to buy product to sort it out myself, managed to keep them under control, the ants came from behind the fridge, we where in Shelley 202 , but overall we had a good time

The enclosed balcony was really handy for young children and nice to sit out in the sun.

Comfortable well presented chalet,very tasteful and clean, lovely sun spot as caught sunshine most of the day so was in a great location and dog friendly, it was a most enjoyable holiday break.

We didn't have a bread knife to cut bread which was only difficulty and we could get any bbc channels on tv but that is only a minor fault

The property was big enough for us and the doggos, the sofa was comfy, just right for the price!

The chalets are packed in very close and tight!

Lovely, clean and modern chalet. Myself, my partner and dog found it very cosy and wanted to stay longer. Very close to the beach and a couple miles drive to Great Yarmouth centre. We will definitely be back

There is no free WiFi available inside the property which wasn’t stated on booking.com. There also is no mention of an electric meter on their site so we was a bit dazzled to find we had to pay for electric, but it wasn’t too big a deal. There was no towels or hairdryer which was disappointing, however i should have brought them myself.
