The room was at the bach and in the basement, Converted to a room, not like the ones advertised in the photos at all when booking. I booked the sister hostel which was nearer to the lake and somehow ended up on the other one which was quite a distance.

The location is a bit inside from city center. But it's okay. Although the check-in was written 24h on the app, upon reaching the place we were told that the room will be ready after 9am. Anyway, the reception person was so helpful and friendly, they helped me with scooter, information about the places to visit and everything else. Would recommend this place based on the helpfulness of reception persons.

Well, we were allotted the basement room from where there's no view of the city. At the evening there were some noises from neighbours everyday. The bathroom was a bit smelly and had to turn on the bathroom fan all time because of the smell.

La chambre était la seule chose bien. Il n'y a pas d'espace commun. La température de la douche était un peu capricieuse. Généralement, les hotels offrent des petites bouteilles d'eau. Ici, elles étaient payantes.

Nothing noteworthy. The staff was nice allowed the storage of our luggage during the day.

Avoid this place! The room is filthy, poorly located, with no shops within a 5-minute walk. Mold infests the room, insects and ants are rampant, and amenities are lacking – shower gel wasn't replenished, and we received only one towel. Low water pressure in the bathroom, no elevator, and transparent glass doors illuminated the room with passing footsteps. Ineffective curtains allowed the sunlight to disturb our sleep. Thin walls and a dripping air conditioner on the roof were further nuisances. Broken and dirty furniture, plus unexpected charges for a small water bottle (10,000 VND), made the stay unpleasant. Furthermore, ants infiltrated our luggage, adding to the overall discomfort and inconvenience during our stay.

There was mould on the walls in the room and the bathroom. Strong smell of mildew. The location is very far off. The adress given on booking. com is wrong and the phone number belongs to a former employee. Hardly english speakers on the team

Chỗ ở gần trung tâm, đi lại thuận tiện dễ tìm, sạch sẽ, phòng tắm và vệ sinh sạch, nước nóng lạnh tốt. Mình đi phòng 4 người giữa 2 giường có tường ngăn, phòng rộng rãi Lễ tân hỗ trợ 24/24 qua zalo và trực tiếp luôn nên tụi mình đi chơi rất thoải mái. Checkin 24h, mình ko báo giờ đến nhưng khi đến chỉ cần đợi 15-20p là có phòng. Xe 150k/ngày okaila. Tất cả tốt hơn so vs tầm giá

Ko có thang máy nhưng mình chỉ đi 1 lầu nên ko sao. Phòng không cách âm nhưng ko ảnh hưởng lắm tại tụi mình đi suốt và ks có rule ko làm ồn ảnh hưởng ng khác sau 22h

Khách sạn đầy đủ tiện nghi, các bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình chu đáo. Ksan có dịch vụ đưa đón sbay luôn , tiện.

Nước yếu, quá nhiều ánh sáng khi ngủ, xử lý vấn đề thiếu chuyên nghiệp.

Nice and convenient, we can rent the motorbike at the hotel, staff is friendly.

The location a bit far to the central, the bus can not drop you off in front of the hotel, walking around 400m to the hotel.

The staff were great, especially Thiet, the receptionist.

Constant construction noises late into the night and in early hours of the morning. The pictures shown on Booking.com are deceptive and far from actual (real) scenes/condition of the surrounding or the facility itself.

Nice rooms, clean bedsheets, minimalistic design and especially helpful and lovely staff (Uyen and Thien).

Thien and Uyen were extremely accommodating and helpful for us throughout our stay. We arrived much earlier than check in time and they let us wait in the communal area, the room we got (I assume the only one available at such short notice) was a little bit damp and hot hot very quickly. However all the facilities were great and we had everything we needed in the room. Need to highlight again that the reception staff were lovely, also helped us with booking a bus ride to the next town, a tour of Dalat and the laundry service. So friendly and patient!

There was some mould on the walls in the room, this was one at the bottom of the hotel so I think it gets most affected by the heavy rains. No big deal. The rooms and hotel didn’t look exactly as pictured but still good quality
