Great location. We were also upgraded so we were quite happy about that. It was close to a train station and not far from the center. The hotel had good facilities including a well equipped gym overlooking the city. It also had a halal donor kebab shop close by which was open till late and a little grocery shop. Attached are photos from the top of the hotel
I was not pleased with the housekeeping. I asked for them to clean the room one time in the evening and they said they would go get the cleaning supplies but they never came back.

Location was good enough with proximity to a metro and some decent boulangeries nearby. Breakfast was pretty good.
They didn't tell us reservations were required for the restaurant on the rooftop even though we discussed eating there during check-in. They didn't clean our room until we asked. Air conditioning was weak at best. Breakfast frequently ran out of plates and took a while to restock. Elevator struggled with card scanning to get to our floor, this seemed true for everyone in the hotel. Charging plugs on one side be bed didn't work. Overall, a lot of issues culminated into quite an annoyance. It was a decent hotel, but nothing special and not worth a return visit.
