VILLA EL VILA - MAGNIFICENT VIEWS
This magnificant Villa with stunning views to the sea is located in one of the most exclusive resorts of Puerto Pollensa, El Vila. The old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa beach and Cala San Vincente are also just a few minutes drive away. This impressive Villa combines the perfect mixture between modern and traditional furnishings. 3 bright and airy bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a private swimming pool, one of the most beautiful views from the covered terrace, a BBQ with dining and mediterranean garden are the impressive hightlights of Villa El Vila.
Air Conditioning / heating in all bedrooms and lounge area and free Wifi will be included.
The large and modern furnished living and dining area is simply impressive, equipped with a tipical fireplace, flat screen Tv, wooden beamed ceiling and lovely decoration details from the island. Double terrace doors open onto the fantastic covered terrace with eating area overlooking the whole bay of Pollensa. Simply breathtaking !The independent and fully equipped kitchen is comfortable and has a small seating area.
Similarly to the living area of Villa El Vila, the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with a double and a single bed, have the traditional beamed ceiling and sufficient places of storage with views to the garden area. The remaining double bedroom is traditionally decored and has a stunning view up to the sea. There is one modern bathroom with shower and a classic one with bath complete this lovely property.
The villa is approached from the main road, appr. 300m away and accessed through double gates with a stone drive way extending to the upper level and parking.
In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
In line with local energy saving initiatives, Villa El Vila has timed air condioning on all units from 2pm until 4pm and from 9 pm until 8 am.

We loved staying at the villa and had a great time! The villa has the most breathtaking views and has everything we needed. It was very clean and well equipped. The pool was definitely a beautiful cherry on top.
It might be useful for some to mention that we used a buses which stopped on the main road and were quite frequent. It’s a steep walk towards the villa so wasn’t ideal with kids but totally worth it for the views. Also, some of us had a reaction to mosquito bites so taking antihistamines might be a good idea.
The agency was very efficient and kept in touch throughout. All the information provided to useful and relevant.
Many thanks for a wonderful holiday and we hope to come back again.
A couple more umbrellas by the pool are essential as we had 3 little kids and couldn’t fit them under one umbrella not to mention adults. It’s a problem during the hottest part of the day when we were most likely to use the pool- there is no shade by the pool area at that point.

We had a great time at the Villa. It was clean, comfortable and very well looked after. It had everything we needed from sheets, towels, mosquito plugs and the welcome package was fantastic to get us started. It was welcoming and safe and Owl checked in on us regularly so it was great to know they were available it needed. Located perfectly close to town so we could walk or drive depending on the day, and also located close to nearby sites. We loved the pool most of all!
The laundry room had a terrible smell, but I understand it was the nature of the room. Also sun umbrellas would be a good idea

Fabulous location with great views. Plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the roomy outdoor terass overlooking the pool and where we could enjoy the view over Puerto Pollenca and the sea.
Easy to check in, even when we arrived very late and in the dark.
Although the Villa had everything we needed, the kitchen is a little dated and in need of repair.
A few pieces of the outdoor furniture were in need of repair and attention. Some of the chairs around the outdoor dining table were broken and uncomfortable.
The toilet in the bigger bathroom didn’t flush very well and took forever to fill up again.
The access to the house was very steep and the stairs up to the front door difficult. I would have wished for a sturdier hand rail and on both sides of the steps. I don’t remember this mentioned in the info. It didn’t pose too much of a difficulty but I think it would be useful to mention in the info about the accommodation.
None of the above takes away the fact that it was a great place!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in der Villa El Vila. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett. Vorab wurden alle notwendigen Infos zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes genügte eine kurz E-Mail und Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Der große Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und die beiden Terrassen sind wunderbar. Ein Auto ist notwendig, jedoch kommt man dann überall hin, weil die Villa gut gelegen ist.
Die Betten im Haus sind mit 1,80 m für einige Gäste sehr kurz.
