Proche de la plage, propre, calme, beaucoup de services intéressants (spa, restaurant, piscine, navette gratuite...), personnel serviable, le lit immense et confortable.
Éloigné du centre ville. Mauvaise insonorisation avec le couloir.

Неплохой завтрак. Недалеко есть 7/11. 15 минут идти до пляжа, но есть трансферы (нужно смотреть расписание). Красивый бассейн. Неплохое обслуживание.
Номер-студия один из худших, который когда-либо видел. Туалет рядом с кроватью, нет изоляции. Звуки, запахи, просвечивается всё. Спать в метре даже от своего туалета как-то странно. В кафе обслуживание очень долгое. два раза ждали заказ 25-30 минут. Просили две кровати, а получили одну. Заменили номер на сдвоенные кровати, пришлось минут 10 пыхтеть, раздвигать и перестилать их.

The pictures provided by the booking.com of the hotels looks not as beautiful as it is. We recommended to revised all pictures. This is a new and beautiful hotel. The staff is kind, and the facilities are in good condition. For a person who likes exercising, the hotel offers a good gym located in the second floor of the main building. Also, a swimming pool is also big enough, located on the first floor of the main building. Because we don't have breakfast at the hotel, we cannot give information about the breakfast.

We stayed in the room with a private pool - the breakfast brought to your room everyday (for free) was great, they emptied the mini bar (at our request) so we could put our own stuff in. Above and beyond service!

we loved the large swimming pool. it was always so clean and just really enjoyable to use when wanting to cool off. the staff were all so friendly and made such a fuss of our baby. we felt well looked after. they were happy to put our ice packs in the freezer everyday for us. we loved the buffet breakfast, but some mornings, the options were empty and not replenished. some days the choices were better than others. we loved the children’s playroom too.
I don’t think there is anything we didn’t like. maybe more free shuttle times and more information about local things to do.

There were a number of varieties from different cuisines . However I have found out a lack of dishes with seafood... .
The offered juices were too sweet and natural tastes ..
The most of the guests go to a beach . So, it would be very convenient to have a water tap to far from the hotel entrance to rinse feet and don't bring sand to the hotel's hall and rooms .

quiet; very comfortable ; very good breakfast; close to the beach with free shuttle to Hua Hin town centre. the staff were very friendly and professional (they seemed to enjoy their work)
the pool was very relaxing and refreshing - it was nice to be able to lay on a pool lounger and dangle our feet in the water
having slippers and bathrobes in the room is a nice touch
the pool surrounding could be a little slippery with wet feet - it’s a good idea to dry feet before walking on pool surrounds

A beautiful escape, nice place to enjoy and use the facilities. We were very happy to have our beautiful room and pool to relax in.
Guests should be advised or given a mask to wear at buffets for hygiene and sanitary reasons.

Everything was perfect. The only negative thing i can mention is the breakfast is far too expensive at 400baht per person, i wasn’t surprised when i didn’t see many people getting it, other than that it’s easily a 10/10. Amazing staff, amazing hotel, amazing location.

Breakfast was good. Thai but also western choise. Omelette was perfect.

The swimming pool was beautiful but a little cold because the weather was not so hot this time as normally in Thailand

The staff there were friendly and answered to our questions politely. The hotel also provided free shuttle to bring us to shopping malls and night markets at 3 time slots.
