L'emplacement en bord de mer. La réactivité du personnel face aux problèmes rencontrés durant le séjour. L'électricien qui nous a tiré une ligne près des lits. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner quand les plats sont chauds. Les nombreux chiens et chiots qui sont quand même plus sympas qu'envahissants.

Problèmes de canalisations et de climatisation le premier jour jusqu'à l'attribution d'une autre chambre. Pas de prise électrique près des lits (pourtant indiqués dans le contrat). Eau brunâtre durant tout le séjour. Portes bruyantes aussi bien de la part des clients que du personnel. Saleté dans les endroits peu visibles et dans les cages d'escaliers. Trois sur six des engins du fitness ne fonctionnent pas. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner quand les plats sont froids.

The property is in a nice beachfront location, the adjoining golf club is a good course and the food in the dining area was good.

The 2 bedroom bungalows are very poor quality, they need a full renovation and refurbishment, the interior photos in the description were NOT as they actually were. The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom didn't work and couldn't be repaired and when we complained to the management, after 2 nights we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom large apartment with the 3rd bed for our adult son, provided in the living area, for our 2 remaining nights. The food in the main restaurant was terrible.

Nachbarzimmer konnte man hören, da Durchgangstür. Lage Top. Ein paar Meter vom Strand. Leider etwas außerhalb, aber man kann nicht alles haben. Frühstück in Thailand sollte man sich grundsätzlich außerhalb besorgen. Putzkräfte ziemlich faul.

ห้องพักแบบวิวล่า 2 ห้องนอน แต่ผิดหวังมาก ไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่าย 1. ตั้งแต่เดินเข้าไปหน้าบ้านพัก ผ้าเก่าชุดเครื่องนอนเก่าของคนที่อยู่ก่อนหน้านี้ยังกองอยู่หน้าบ้าน ต้องยกไปวางไว้ให้ที่พื้นหน้าบ้าน 2. ห้องนอนมี 2 ห้อง แต่มีปลั๊กไฟในห้องให้แค่ห้องเดียว อีกห้องนึงไม่มีแม้แต่รูเดียว 3. เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ก๊อกฝักบัวมีปัญหา เวลาเปิดก๊อกฝักบัวเสียงดังไป 8 บ้าน สั่นสะเทือนไปถึงเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นติดๆ ดับๆ 4. แอร์ห้องนอนไม่เย็น แถมน้ำรั่วจนตกใจตื่นตอนดึกเพราะเปียกผ้าห่มเปียกที่นอนจนสะดุ้งตื่น 5. Wifi ห่วยสุดมีขีดเดียว หลุดแล้วหลุดอีก 6. เบอร์โทรที่มีในเพจ 3 เบอร์ มีไว้ก็ไม่มีประโยชน์ โทรติดต่อไม่ได้ ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่รับ เพจก็ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่อ่าน ไม่มีการตอบ จนต้องขับรถไปที่ฟร้อนเองที่จะติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ว่ามีปัญหา อันนี้โคตรแย่ 7. พนักงานไม่มีรอยยิ้ม หน้าบูดตั้งแต่ต้นยันจบทุกแผนก ปล. ก่อนเปิดห้องให้ลูกค้าเช่า ควรเช็คอุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างในห้องให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ ไม่ใช่ให้ลูกค้าเสียเงินไปเจอสภาพแบบนี้ครับ เพราะลูกค้าจ่ายเงินก็ต้องได้รับสิ่งที่ดีตามเงินที่จ่าย 📌แชร์คลิปลงในนี้ไม่ได้ ไม่งั้นจะลงให้ดูครับ ถ่ายรูปถ่ายคลิปเก็บไว้หมด เพราะประทับใจเหลือเกินกับการพาคุณแม่ที่อายุมากแล้วไปพักผ่อน😡

Wunderbar am langen einsamen Strand südlich von Hua Hin, abseits des Trubels, gelegen. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar.

Vier Thai-Abend-Parties hintereinander mit lauter Musik sind genug. Allerdings war es nach 22:30 h immer ruhig. Alles rundherum könnte gepflegter sein.

Aan het strand Kamer was groot en fijn . Wel hele harde bedden. We hadden een studio op de vijfde verdieping en dus uitzicht op zee.

Geen stoelen of ligbedden op het strand Niemand spreekt Engels zelfs niet aan de receptie Ontbijt komt van een hotel ernaast en is dus koud.

Relaxing location, spacious rooms with a small bathroom. Large property was well maintained although is starting to look tired.

Too isolated from the town so felt trapped and at the mercy of taxi drivers who overcharged. Some reception staff staff could be more helpful. Breakfast was mediocre, fried eggs were always undercooked.

Only stay at the STANDARD accomodation as the DELUX falls short in comparison. The Standard has a huge pool, gym, beach bar and restaurant and the Delux doesn’t… Clueless advertising!!

Staff do not speak Any or very limited English which is very difficult when ordering food and drink.

Staying at the “ DELUX” Hotel… the other listed as “ STANDARD” A limited sea view through tall trees. Clean room.

Second week we are staying at the “ STANDARD” hotel… The DELUX… doesn’t compare… 1… NO in room safe. 2… Very poor Breakfast 3…. No Bar ( bottled beer in a fridge only.) 4….. Restaurant food not great and no Atmosphere. 5…..Staff very limited English ( if any ) 6….. A fold up bed left outside for our weeks stay and never moved!! 7…..No Gym ( as advertised )

I liked everything about this accommodation except for…..

The reception staff was nearly non responsive to my request. I simply asked for towels at the swimming pool and it took about 20 minutes and 3 visits to the reception desk.

Le cadre quasi paradisiaque en bord de mer. La gentillesse du personnel. La grandeur de la chambre dite standard. La grande et belle piscine. Le sympa bar de plage. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, le jour ou les plats sont chauds. La proximité avec une plage ombragée en fin d'après-midi qui permet de belles balades sans rôtir au soleil. La connaissance de cinq chiots vraiment trop mimis dans la partie désaffectée du jardin.

L'odeur désagréable de la chambre. L'eau du robinet brunâtre. L'attribution d'une chambre communicante, dite connecting room sans insonorisation aux portes, vous donnant l'impression que vos voisins vivent avec vous, ce qui gâche votre séjour, d'où la note 7/10. La saleté des endroits peu visibles en chambre, dans les cages d'escaliers et dans les parcs. Le fitness d'un autre âge. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, le jour ou les plats sont froids.

A bit far from the Hua Hin main market

Very clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and efficient.

My only dislike would be that the swimming pool toilets were a bit dirty and not taken care of for a long time.

Dirty and terible smell rooms. Not clean bed sheet. noise from above and adjacent room, no microwave and no even instant coffee in the room. Cant checkin before 3pm

We stayed at the only beach house with pool. It was perfect.Right on the beach, spacious and everything well maintained.

As the location is far from any restaurant they offer room service. So we called the kitchen to order some dinner.It was impossible as no one spoke any english.We tried the reception but had the same experience.After all we had to leave the house and went downtown.We were celebrating a birthday and expected to have dinner at home.That's why we had chosen an expensive beach house.It was disappointing. The complex was very extensive and some of the guests were driven from A to B in golf carts. One day I had to urgently return from one end to the house at the other end. There were enough staff present at that time. An employee who was standing at the door told me I should wait because the colleague was just about to take his lunch break. Meanwhile, another employee drove up in a golf cart in front of my eyes and leisurely strolled back into the building. Breakfast was ok if you like thai food. The pool house itself was 5 stars.The service was poor!

The location is right on the beach, and quiet.

The facility is very simple and lack of maintenance. We booked a bungalow, and the washroom was flooded after two people had shower.

This is not hygienic. - Beside a kettle and one bottle of water there was nothing, no spoons, cups, coffee tea - nothing - No bathroom toiletries - very noisy AC - stray dogs within the resort - beach in front of the resort was not maintained at all and dirty - front desk staff was on the phone during check out so I could not voice my complaints
