Ramada by Wyndham Budapest City Center

We have stayed here before and we absolutely love it. We were checked in by the same chap who checked us in last year, we knew it was him because he’s got such a lovely friendly smiley face. We also met Kirsty who is the manager and she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us for my wife’s birthday. The room was absolutely stunning. We had a corner room and it was more like a suite. The location is perfect too. 5 minute walk to metro stations, buses, trams, the waterfront. Everything is just perfect and we are going back again next year.

Nice location. We saw all of Budapest by either walking or taking the public transportation from here and never felt like we over walked. Close to everything without being in the middle of it all. Very large room and bathroom with an exceptional breakfast. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the facilities are all up to date. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and super markets close by.

We had a street facing room on a lower floor and even though it's on a one way street it was very noisy, particularly when they empty the trash at 4am.

Extremely close to everywhere.

There was no slippers in the room.

Location right in downtown. The staff was friendly. The room was quiet. It was actually a pretty big room with its own little balcony. 1 free bottle of water. Parking available through the hotel (must be booked separately).

The property is a bit older, but everything still looks fine for a city hotel in a big city. The beds were too hard for my liking, but of course that can vary depending on your preferences.
