Excellent location. Very good breakfast.
I didn't like the fact that a "Premium Superior Room" turned out to be looking on to a depressing building facade wrapped in netting for construction purposes and I had to pay €60 per night on top €1,426.46 already agreed for a four night stay to get a room with a decent view of the Ferris Wheel.

החדרים גדולים ומרווחים.
1. ארוחת הבוקר יקרה: 35 יורו לאדם.
2. פרט קטן אבל מרגיז: בחלק מהחדרים הכספת במדף הכי תחתון, צמוד לרצפה. מאד קשה להגיע אליה, במיוחד לאנשים מבוגרים.
3. בחלק מהחדרים שומעים את הרעש מבחוץ, למשל בקומה 5.
4. השירות אמנם אדיב אבל בקבלה הרגשנו שלא ממש השתדלו ללכת לקראתנו, למשל כשביקשנו אופציה של יציאה מאוחרת.

Leider war das Zimmer und besonders das Badezimmer viel zu kalt.

-1 Tag Zimmer bis 12h nicht gereinigt - wir mussten daraußen, beim spa warten.
-Lärmschock! Genau am Samstag war der 5.Stock wegen Bauarbeiten?! nicht mehr wohnbar, schade!

Food and drinks at bar took nearly 20 min to make this is unacceptable !
Just a suggestion for the spa : after a sauna it’s a good practice to drink sufficient water to prevent dehydration ! So normally 5 star hotels in New York, London , Zurich etccc place a spa bar or a minibar with plain water bottles or with added cucumber !

Wir hatten 5 Zimmer gebucht und erhielten sogar ein Upgrade auf die Präsidentensuite. In diesem Hotel stimmt tatsächlich alles. Der Service war zuvorkommend und hat einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen können. Die Lage: Direkt im Zentrum von Pest, am Knotenpunkt der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und zudem ist alles gut fußläufig erreichbar.
Nichts. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.
