Breakfast with no cakes! Location with no enough places

Temizlik mükemmel. Kahvaltı çeşitleri süper. Özellikle kısa saçlı sarışın servis personeli bizimle çok ilgilendi. Son 3 budapeşte seyahatimin 2 sini bu otelde geçirdim. Birdaha başka otele gitmem. 2,5 yaşında kız çocuğumuz var bize eşlik etti. Kahvaltı salonundaki waffle makinası kızımızla eğlenceli bir şekilde kahvaltı yapmamızı sağladı. Resepsiyondaki Türkçe bilen görevli bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Resepsiyondaki sakallı beyefendi bizi önceden de geldiğimiz için tanıdı çocuğumuza verdiği küçük ayıcık ve şehirdeki tavsiyeleri paha biçilemezdi. Kendimizi inanın evimizde hissettik. Kat görevlisi sarışın gözlüklü genç kıza da çok teşekkür ederiz.

Breakfast was outstanding, this is exactly what I expect from an hotel. There are so many choices and it was tasty. The room was big and nice, the hotel was very well located and it was very quiet. 2 bottles of water available in the room. The fitness room was decent.

Ver strong sewage/pipe smell in the room and the hallway. They have covered it in the hallway with a lot of parfum, but they couldn't hide it, even with the windows open. The room was too hot and I couldn't change it. Even with the air con on 18.5°C all the day, the room temperature was at 24°C. On my third day, the water of the shower wasn't as warm as the three other days. The floor could have been cleaner. Stains on the sheet even if it was clean sheets, it was indelible stains.

Megi was particularly helpful on checking in and provided lots of information. Excellent location between the opera house and basilica. Quiet and clean room that seemed recently renovated. Good wifi and good coffee in the rooms.

חדר הרחצה כלל אמבטיה. לדעתנו לא נוח. מומלץ להחליף למקלחון. מיקלחון בטיחותי לעומת אמבטיה שהיא מסוכנת בכניסה ובעיקר ביציאה ממנה

Sehr freundliches Personal, wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 8. Etage mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick über die Stadt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr ansprechend, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Top Lage. Wir waren abends in der Oper zu einem Ballett. Fußweg nur 3 Minuten.

Hotel is located at conveniently and hotel over all was clean and well presented. Wifi performance was good for all purposes and room was spacious and tidy.

Don't like the shower design in all hilton garden Inn hotels. It doesn't adequately stops splash and gets floor or floor towel wet.

Some of the staff were a bit unfriendly.

The location

At breakfast it was very busy. When we went (a group of 6 people) there were no more plates or glasses available. The staff had an indifferent attitude. Although we paid for the parking together with the rooms, we forgot to pay once more at the machine in the parking lot.

Location was good and approachable to nearest renowned landmarks.

Room and the Toilet were very small.

Love the location

Last year I had a much better room, better view. I think the carpets are a bit dated and not so clean.

The location is GREAT, close to main attractions and fantastic staff and facilities!

I can’t say anything bad about my experience !
