Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great roof terrace bar with good selection of drinks. Well appointed, clean and comfortable rooms. Overall, a good base for a break in Budapest.
Limited choice of food in the terrace bar and at breakfast. A little farther from the main sightseeing area around the river than we had expected (circa 30 minute walk).

The hotel itself was clean beautiful clean and had a unique elegant atmosphere
The location was a bit farther away from the things that we wanted to enjoy, we aren’t the best at figuring out the trams! Our check in experience was less than pleasant and a bit disappointing after traveling all night! We were told check in was 2pm which is completely understandable however while I witnessed several other guests being allowed to check in early and later discovered it was because they booked direct with the hotel! We were treated differently because we booked through booking! The air conditioning didn’t work that great and room was a bit warm at times
