A szoba kifogástalan volt. A forgalmas utca ellenére a jól szigetelő nyílászárók biztosították a pihentető alvást. A reggeli választéka pazar volt. A tisztaság maximális volt, a szoba felszereltsége tökéletes és a nagy, kényelmes ágy pedig pazar élményt nyújtott.

Nem volt semmi negatív tapasztalat.

Eine stilvolle, luxuriöse und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Es gab nichts auszusetzen, außer das der Parkplatz ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss in einem bewachten Parkhaus war. Ansonsten hat alles gestimmt vom freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Personal, über das sehr gute Essen und bis zur Dachterasse mit der Bar und dem Blick über die Stadt. Eine Metrostation ist nur ein Paar Minuten entfernt.

Die fehlende Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel ist sicherlich ein Manko. Erwähnenswert die Tatsache, dass es beim Frühstück nur ein Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden war was manchmal zu Wartezeiten geführt hat.

The location was perfect for exploring with teenagers. From the moment we arrived the staff were courteous and super helpful. Our room was no longer available but they provided one which was perfectly adequate for myself and two girls, even gifted a bottle of bubbles as an apology(which I shared with adult friends who joined us this year, of course!) loved the chocolates and fruit on arrival. Actually, the whole experience was simply lovely!

If I had to choose something it would would be the high level window in our replacement room- it felt a little claustrophobic tbh and it’s nice to be able to see outside without tip toeing😃 but our aim was t to stay in our room and gaze out of a window so it was y something I’d make a formal complaint about.

The spa and the service

Beautiful hotel with beautiful, comfortable and unique rooms. Mattresses were great. Staff was helpful. Location was pretty good.

Restaurants were somewhat overpriced

Loved the theme and atmosphere in the hotel. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Located ideally in the city center.

The spa facilities were beautiful, but too small for the size of the hotel, so sometimes too crowded. Staff of the spa was hard to find. The hours for the jacuzzi outside were in the middle of the day, so not very comfortable in the summer, open until 18. Would prefer to get in the jacuzzi at night. Inside spa hours could be a bit wider from 8 or 9 until 22 or 23 instead of 10-21, but that’s just a minor point.

It’s clean, everything looks new and well decorated. Room is very comfortable, very nice facilities (spa, jacuzzi, gym). Very good localisation too

Quiet with friendly staff. Plush decor with lots and lots of drapery … everywhere!

A little strange and quirky…dare I say mysterious? Elevator has no floor buttons inside to push (make your selection before entering and don’t enter with someone who is going to another floor). Brick wall behind a glass wall in the room, with a small portion of astroturf on the floor. Couldn’t figure out that design element.

The day spa is really nice and the hotel is beautiful. Bar food was really good and staff is kind and helpful.

Only small complaint is that curtains had gaps that let early morning light in the room.

We loved our stay. My birthday celebration was fabulous.

We paid £100 per night for our smallish room, but thought that that was absolutely outstanding value. Everything was perfect, especially the brilliant shower. Definitely a five star experience, with welcome fresh fruit and chocolates in our room on arrival. We didn't think we'd want breakfast - and at €25 per head, we didn't try it, so we can't comment - although we'd be surprised if it were anything other than excellent. The location is good - not too near the centre of town, but with plenty of great restaurants, and a few touristy things, only a few minutes' walk away. In any case, Bolt taxis (there is no Uber, but Bolt is exactly the same) are plentiful and cheap - between £5 and £10 to almost anywhere, and only £25 to and from the airport.... I've posted some photos of the little spa in the Secret Garden, on the ground floor inside a little atrium, near the sauna and some gym equipment. I could only post one of the outside, but the other two are obvious outside as well - not the lobby, and certainly not the bathroom!
