The manager said that it takes time, but for three days, the apartment did not warm up. You need to wear shoes and a sweater. 3. Bathrooms, in particular toilets, are not washed. The sinks are clogged, and the water does not drain well. 4. Cutlery and glasses are dirty or at least washed very poorly. Apartment managers should pay attention to the quality of cleaning. 5. the welcome kit is scarce - one 30ml shampoo per person. Count only on your own. 6. feedback and prompt response to situations leave much to be desired. 7. the kettle didn't work. Apparently, for a long time, but no one has taken any action. 8. Balcony needs cleaning, and chairs were broken. This was disappointing as it would have been nice to have breakfast outside together. Kettle was broken. Shower in bed 2 needs upgrading to overhead. It would have been nice to have a small welcome pack on arrival - milk, water. We arrived later so shop underneath closed.
