Sam, the manager and one of the executive chefs, went above and beyond to ensure that my dad and I felt truly at home during our stay in Punta Cana/DR. Sam took the initiative to arrange memorable excursions for us multiple times throughout the trip (coordinating pick-up times and locations, packing breakfasts/snacks before leaving) and upon learning of my passion for cooking, Sam generously offered to provide me with a personal cooking lesson, showcasing a level of hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Throughout our stay, Sam remained effortlessly accessible through WhatsApp, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and seamlessly. His unwavering dedication to client satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile set this resort apart from others. Sam's personalized attention and genuine commitment made our experience exceptional, and we are grateful for the outstanding service he provided.

Being the sole guests at the resort during our stay, my dad and I had the unique chance to exclusively interact with Sam and his exceptional staff. Despite the limited number of guests, we were delighted to get to know Sam and his team, enjoying every conversation and interaction. Exceeded all expectations! The property is absolutely stunning and has less than 10 rooms. This is a private safe and quiet paradise. The staff are professional and truly make the experience. This all-inclusive is unlike any other boutique hotel I have ever been. We had no less than 5 course meals prepared for us by professional chefs. They take requests and catered eating vegetarian. I have never eaten so well.
