Casa in stile Comstock contemporaneo a due piani di nuova costruzione in un quartiere tranquillo e bellissimo a pochi passi dal centro di Carmel by the Sea ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni.
Tre camere da letto e due bagni completi. Master ha il bagno privato. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di splendide docce con vetro chiuso. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV a parete, camino a gas e cabina armadio. La camera da letto principale ha anche una vista sull'oceano.

La casa sofisticata con materiali naturali e il classico stile Carmel offre vita interna / esterna e lussuose caratteristiche personalizzate tra cui travi in legno invecchiato, caminetti a secco impilati in pietra, ripiani in marmo, pavimenti in simil legno, mobili su misura e calore radiante.

Patio esposto a sud con pozzo del fuoco e sala da pranzo all'aperto protetta. Cortile recintato. I cani ben educati sono i benvenuti previa approvazione del proprietario e con un supplemento per animali domestici.

We spent the month of June in this wonderful property and wish we could have stayed longer! The home is well laid out, and there is plenty of room to gather downstairs to prepare meals, dine, or just congregate in the family room.We especially loved the outdoor area and fire pit. The vibe is even better than the online photos! While we and our guests were quite comfortable, if you don’t like the morning light, you may want to consider sleeping masks as none of the window coverings in the bedrooms block out the light. Also, as another reviewer noted, there is some occasional early morning traffic that can be heard in the 2 downstairs guest rooms, if one is a light sleeper.Neither of these were issues for us, and neither would prevent me from renting this home again. In fact, we are already considering it for a return trip.Lastly, if there were any minor issues or questions we had during our stay, Sanctuary responded in a very polite, professional and timely manner.Thanks for a great getaway!

Ohana by the Sea is a lovely home. It is well laid out maximizing the common areas while still managing to have a generous primary BR suite and 2 addl BRs. The outside patio with gas fire pit provides a lovely extension to the inside living space and we spent most of our time there. The house had a well equipped kitchen including some common spices. The couple of issues we had were dealt with quickly by the management company. There are only two drawbacks to this home, neither of which would prevent me from renting this home again: one is that it is on a fairly busy corner for truck traffic so the guest bedrooms can be a bit noisy in the morning for late sleepers and two is that the house is an uphill walk from the town and beach.
