Though it's an old hotel, but the it is still comfortable. Got a very big room with a really good price. Hotel location near restaurant and airport.

very strategic place.easy to find food and the place also located in middle of up town and downtown.make all the place like sandakan memorial park,sepilok,crocodille farm,waterfront and more place felt so nearby.

Been here twice. Strategic, easy parking, many restaurants nearby, easy check in and out, great staffs.
No iron or hairdryer provided inside room (need to request). Also, no hanger.

impressive that there is an extra pillow in the room.
Room’s phone is out of order. Bathroom is smelly. The lighting of the room is not comfortable. The room cleanliness need to be improved.

Location near from airport & ample carpark
Not thoroughly clean..the cleaner forgot to clean the kettle (still with noodles inside). The sink water very low. This is supposed to be an enclosed room but the room smell with tobacco smoke. Room 103 & 106

Hotel was clean, well made. The room smelt nice, a few things were already broken as I came in but wasnt a problem, still good. Aircond works well, room was clean, and it was walking distance to restaurants. Loved the small touch of coffee and a water heater, really convenient.
A few things were not in the best condition as I came in (aircond controls), also the door lock doesnt feel secure (only 2 mechanisms).

clean room and friendly housekeeping.. location near from restaurant and loundry and shop.. the area is sparsely populated and not crowded. the risk for covid infection is low
I didn't really like a staff when I checked in that night .. I asked where the word (I LOVE SANDAKAN) he replied ooo I don't know .. the harbor mall is in the city area? .. ooo I don't know. ..maybe the worker has just arrived in Sandakan like us. I ended up using MR GOOGLE even though he doesn't live in Sandakan. Other staff are friendly especially the staff who answered the phone before check in and during check out. tq...tq... we will stay labuk hotel again and recommend to others friends

Friendly staff, the hotel location is easy to find and near to many local restaurant, & enough parking space.
1)there is a stain on a mattress cover and comforter.
2)I can smell the cigarette smoke in my room from the outside.
