Gyors reagálás! Azonnali segítség! Kedves tájékoztatás! Problémás szállásról kellett átköltöznünk!

Very good location, modern and well equipped apartment.
The host was very helpful with a locker problem we had to open my in-laws luggage, she was very nice on supporting us calling a friend to fix it for us!
Nothing, I really liked the place!

The property was in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and some key tourist attractions in Rome. Property very secure and safe. Property manager met us to give codes and keys and seemed super friendly and wanting to help.
The wifi was not working the 3 nights we stayed despite contacting the property manager the issue was not resolved and the phone service within the apartment was terrible. I had to have my phone out the window to get any reception.
The bathroom pipes also had a consistent foul smell. Bathroom could use a deep clean. On the surface everything looks clean but it could use a good scrub.
Sink in the kitchen did not drain well, making it difficult to complete dishes.
