Very basic hotel. For its price it’s alright but don’t expect much. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. It’s about 30’ walking to the Dragon Bridge.

Nice big room. Friendly, helpful staff. we stayed here because of the typhoon for one night.

The bathroom was dark.

Room was spacious with bath tub and the front desk staff was very helpful, ready to help with anything during the stay. But a bit noisy due to construction on the upper floor.

We were able to pay more for an upgrade, unfortunately the hygiëne was just as bad.

We Booked a Room with kingsize bed and bubble Bath, both were not in the Room when we arrived. We were able to get a upgrade(but had to pay) so we got the kingsize bed, but there was no bubblebath in the hotel at all. There where stains in the sheets and Black hairs in the bed. (We are blond) the bathroom was not clean at all and there was hot water for only 5 minutes and then became cold.

The choice was good. The room, bathroom and beds were nice. The people from reception were very kind; they washed all our clothes in a couple of hours, paying 1,8 euros each one. Moreover, we left there the luggage during the day and when we came back we were offered to take a shower, very convenient. I would repeat.

Well-located hotel on the river bank. The room was spacious. the staff could communicate in English fairly well

`The room was not cleaned and it was not very clean in general. The towels were not changed and the toilet roll was not delivered, we had to ask for new supplies. At 4.30 the church bells started to ring.

Original room assigned to me was not acceptable so I had to upgrade for small increase. But new room was very nice, comfy, good view from wide windows. Super nice staff

location.....little off from attractions or touristy place No breakfast, though they had the nice breakfast facility. But probably closed due to Covid.

My room was clean and comfortable. For a 2 star hotel everything was great. The staff were friendly.

Sometimes wi-fi stops working for a couple of minutes. I don't watch TV, but only 1 channel worked there.
