The open air bath was amazing. All the staff were amazing and helpful. They fixed any problems quickly and were very polite. The food was very good for breakfast but the dinner menu was a bit hit or miss.
The place is absolutely designed for smokers - the rooms, the hallways, even indoors of the restaurant - so it would not be suitable for those with sensitivities.

Excellent service, nice room, quiet, good japanese breakfast (you have to order, no buffet). One of the best hotels of our trip
