Fantastic stay,Owner couldn’t have been more helpful.Would definately stay again albeit next time will get a room with a shower instead of bath because I am quite a big chap and I don’t fit in many baths unless they are 8 ft long. But altogether a great place

What can I say, what an amazing place Absolutely beautiful. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. If I'm back in ilkley I know where I'm staying ❤️

Location

3rd floor very small attic room with very low ceiling photos suggest much larger room. Chipped glasses, dirty drawers, dusty, unstable creaky chair, smell of damp as ceiling paint comming off & unfresh bedlinen. Overall needs attention as looking tired.
