una struttura bellissima e molto comoda per visitare il centro. noi abbiamo un bimbo di 3 anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. forse un pò piccoli i bagni ma ci si adatta.
inoltre avere il parcheggio interno e un plus da non sottovalutare.

The location is perfect for walking in and out of the centre of lovely Parma. We were met at the house and provided with essential info for the house, but also had immediate responses to small questions that we had about the property. The air conditioning was a bonus as despite traveling in October, Parma was very warm. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. A persimmon tree with mature fruit in the garden was a real treat. Private parking was available and accessible.

The air conditioning,the wifi, and it was a quiet area. Not far from a park. The space as a whole was good for two people.
Lack of proper lighting (there are no lights in the upstairs bathroom), no hand soap in the upstairs bathroom, bathrooms weren't clean, and no Kleenex and minimal toilet paper. Not ideal when a guest gets a bloody nose! Switches don't turn on lamps. Have to go up to each one individually. Bulbs were burnt out as well.
Not close to public transit. Not ideal if anyone doesn't want to - or can't - walk dustances.
Email had a different checkout time than the app. Always check the app! Cleaning staff attempted to enter the apt before the correct checkout time. The host was dismissive of our concerns with that.

Perfect spot to visit Parma and have your own private house including garden (shared with the nice neighbour who's also the caretaker). Walking distance to the old town center is just 10 minutes or so.
Bathrooms are a bit small.

we liked everything. three of us were in Parma and we wanted to have our own room. finding 3 bedroom accommodation is very difficult. Paolo’s house was perfect. We had 3 comfortable bedrooms (one with queen bed and 2 with single bed). The bedding was very good quality as was the mattresses.There was a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. the bathrooms were small but both had toilet, sink and shower. there is also a nice garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a dishwasher too. The parking is exceptional ….. a dedicated spot in a secure parking area that belongs to the property.
the location was great: you can reach the town centre in less than 15 minutes but you can reach highways quickly if you want to tour out of Parma.
Paolo is the perfect host. He lives next door and will respond very quickly if you have a problem. We are planning to go back again.
the upstairs could use a full length mirror …. maybe not after 5 days of eating in and around Parma.

Great and super comfortable house, perfect for a family, in a cute street. Exceptional to have access to a garden in an urban environment.
