We stayed in this house for two months. The house met all of our expectations. The property is located in a central area in Sun City Center. All stores, recreation areas and banks are nearby. Don was an excellent owner. He gave us a personal tour of the area when we arrived and was very quick to respond to our email. I would definitely recommend this property and owner. Thanks Don!!

The pictures of the rental show the true conditions but we think they don’t show how spacious and clean the condo really is. The owner Don was close by and was very responsive to us. He even offered to print an email for me. We enjoyed the amenities of Sun City Center and the golf cart that was included with the rental. The Condo is conveniently located to access all the amenities and areas south of Tampa. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Don for the wonderful stay.

The house was nicely decorated and in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped and the use of the golf cart made our stay exceptional. We enjoyed the clubs and facilities at Sun City Center so much that we would like to purchase a home there.

Excellent like new home
This like new home is located in a very convenient and safe area. The golf chart is a nice extra!! Plus you are only about 10 miles away from the beach! The owner is very responsive to any needs that might surface.

Great Place
You don't need to bring anything. Kitchen has anything that you would need, as well as the rest of the house. Air conditioning went out on New Years Eve and the owner had a repairman here before noon on New Years day to fix it. Would highly recommand this rental.

Pleasant Stay in Sun City Center
The property is as advertised and the owner is very responsive to his renters. We enjoyed the activities and facilities of the community center and made good use of the included golf cart.
Lots of grocery stores and pharmacies in the area. Nice relaxing
Sun porch overlooks small lake with wildlife.
