The reception staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and engaging. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options and good service. The location is excellent for exploring the town, marina, beach and castle. We would book again.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is excellent, being central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely - comfy beds, great A/C, and it overlooked the street from the nice balcony to people-watch from. Breakfast was great - especially the pastries! :D
Can't think of anything I didn't like. Perhaps if I was being nit-picky, the (frosted) glass enclosed toilet and shower room was a little unexpected as I've always stayed in places with fully enclosed bathrooms. So be sure you're comfortable with anyone you're staying with in the same room!

The central location in the city
I felt the breakfast staff were kept very busy and certain items were not being replenished as quickly as they should have been.

Nice location, very modern and clean. The two front of house reception ladies were very warm and welcoming. Perfect in their roles.
Twas dark but ok,
Tv was advertised as international channels, sadly not. Only Spanish. Extraction system in bathroom was not working. Barman in onsite restaurant was awful. Rude and very disrespectful. A shame as the hotel team were nice.
