The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Mohamed and Saeed provided excellent service during meal times and were always warm, friendly, and welcoming. Yassin was also incredibly helpful in accommodating our late checkout, as our departing flight wasn’t until later in the day, and arranging transportation to the airport. Our driver, Mohamed, was equally wonderful and provided excellent service.

Perfect location, amazing views, from the rooftop you can see the mountains and desert on one side and the green agricultural areas on the other. It is safe to walk near by to temples 5 minute walk away and interesting to walk around a local area. People were very friendly. Beautiful sunrise with views of the hot air balloons. And stunning sunset for dinner. The rooms are 10/10. And the staff are incredible!!!! The best hospitality I have experienced in Egypt so far. The food is also amazing quality. We did a great tour of east and West banks with Muhammad, he had great energy and was very knowledgeable with perfect english. It was fantastic! Our driver Muhammad was the best driver, the car was so comfortable with air-conditioning and we felt safe at all times. Muhammad also brought us all the way to the Red Sea. I highly recommend arranging transfers and tours with Muhammad.

Malkata House is absolutely stunning; the building, rooftops, courtyard and pool are gorgeous and the view over the Valley of the Queens is breathtaking. The hospitality is some of the best I have experienced in all my travels. The staff went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday a special experience and everything was so easy. They are truly special. Shout outs to three special people; Yassin, Hamdi and Mohammed. Yassin made our trip smooth and effortless, with flawless communication and attention to details. Hamdi is definitely the very best guide anyone could ask for! We were lucky enough to spend two days with him through the Valley of the Kings, temples of Karnak and Luxor, and many other sites. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and a super chill and fun guy. We will ask for him again when we come back to Luxor - he made our time so special. Mohammed was our driver for our entire trip and is a very good man and the very best driver in all of Luxor! We will ask for him again as well. We couldn’t have had a better time during our stay; thank you so much Malkata House! We will be back for a much longer stay next time!
