The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, it truly felt like we were staying with family. This is not your typical hotel; Ali and his family welcome you into their family home, which makes the experience feel very personal and special. Anything we needed could be arranged. My sister became ill during our stay, and they were so thoughtful and helpful in finding the right care for her. The location is also fantastic. You have beautiful views of the hot air balloons in the morning, and the hotel is very close to the hot air balloon take-off area, which is very convenient if you’re planning a balloon ride. For lunch and dinner, there is no fixed menu. Everything is freshly prepared using fresh, organic ingredients. They look at what is available from the garden that day and use it to create the most delicious meals. I’m genuinely so sad that we were only passing through and couldn’t stay longer. If we ever return to Luxor, we will definitely stay here again. A huge thank you to Ali and his family for making us feel so at home.

We had the most beautiful stay here, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. Our room was absolutely stunning to wake up to that view of the desert through the coloured windows. Akhmed was so very kind to us and took us for walks through the farm lands and made sure we always had what we need to feel comfortable and safe. Chef Sahd made us some of the best meals we've had in Egypt, and the house cat Cleopatra was just the sweetest most cuddly kitty. we felt so spoilt staying here and will love to visit again some day. Thank you so so much and to Ali for being a gracious host. It was a very memorable stay
