No breakfast (as had my own) - not too far from bus stops back to the Interchange, that said, I took a walk back as it was dry weather. However, upon my arrival, host offered and made me a cuppa, which was highly appreciated.

I had an amazing stay at Balfour street. Martha was lovely and very friendly and I hope to go back again. The room was spotless and the stay was quiet with no interference. You couldn’t get better value for money especially with how close it is to the city centre.
Disregard the bad reviews on this property, they made me skeptical for the stay and I soon as I got there I realised it was nonsense. It’s a shame people moan about being told off for smoking in a non smoking property. You will have no issues at this property.
