Hice una reserva a las 4 de la mañana para salir a medio día por medio de Booking.com y debido a las políticas del hotel me querían obligar a pagar dos noches. Cosa que no era justo y Booking.com no te informa eso dado que tampoco podía camcerlar porque igual me lo cobrarían … gracia a Dios y la chica de recepción que se apiadó al final y me ayudó

Bestes Hotel bis dato und bestes Frühstück. Nicht überboardend viel, aber alles frisch, gesund, Eier, Speck, Jogurt, Kaiserbrötchen... Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist enorm gepflegt, sehr sauber, alles funktioniert einwandfrei und ist sehr modern. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und insbesondere beim Frühstück zahlreich vertreten. Die Lage in der Nähe der Metrostation Iglesia del Carmen ist prima und die Umgebung angenehm. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, groß und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag mit etwas versehen, das es am Vortag nicht gab. Ein sehr umfangreiches Angebot, ausgesprochen schön angerichtet. Für Frühaufsteher, insbesondere angenehm, dass es schon um 6:30 Uhr losgeht. Die Bar am Pool im zehnten Stock ist ein schöner Ausklang des Abends.

Es fällt mir einfach nichts ein, obwohl wir Deutschen sonst immer gerne etwas zu kritisieren haben 😊

Amazing and very helpful staff and super friendly, the location is great and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfy beds. Overall it was a great stay and very good value for money!

Everything about my 1 night stay was amazing! The hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY clean!! I was impressed. The decor was so beautiful in the lobby and the room looked pretty chic! Hotel location was pretty good as well. Plenty shops near by. The room was spacious. The rooftop pool was great! Also the breakfast selection was pretty good. I can't wait to return!

My friend recommended this hotel to me and I am so happy I stayed. I loved the rooftop pool and view.

Amazing breakfast, restaurant and room. But even more impressive was front desk guest (special thanks to Gabriela and Mar) and restaurant service. They were truly kind and always available to help and provide customers with best experience and information.

Early check-in free of charges just after 1 pm - which partially balanced with a late check-out tolerance.

noise bleeds from other rooms, told breakfast would be served at 6am but it didn't start until 6:30pm

Great modern hotel in downtown Panama City. Breakfast was the best we had in Panama, in a nice dining room. We had the junior suite, which came with a kitchenette and an extra living area. Nice pool and lobby.

All was great! Just a pitty that the rooftop bar/pool area, which is nice, has no staff to serve u drinks or snacks.
