Great location and amazing host! We had a lovely stay :)

Excellent price-quality ratio, interesting neighbourhood with great restaurants and multiple food stores, bed was good, clean safe public rooms, u-bahn is only 200m away.
No airconditioning or desk fan so might be hot in the summer but window can be opened, no soundproofing on the door of our room (but might just be an issue with this one room idk).

The host is very friendly, welcoming and made the place feel friendly and familial.
I had a room that was off from the communal space on ground level and that also faced the street, so very noisy from street level and also from communal space and had quite a bad nights sleep. I stayed for one night, but had i'd been staying longer I would have asked to have moved rooms. The room decor and furnishing felt like it could have done with some love.
