No one answered the door. Finally the security person came out and let me in although he said that it was illegal to rent. Bedroom needs blackouts and top sheet.

An excellent location. the apartment was clean and parking garage was great. The building was a bit of a maze and took some time getting used to. Since it rained we were unable to use the pool. The apt had two nice bedrooms for great privacy. The host was very accommodating via text messaging. The only bad thing was that the fire alarm went off twice I. the middle of the night and there was no instruction as to how to proceed. No one in the other apartments seemed to pay attention. it was a bit scary for a non resident.

Well situated in Westwood and within walking distance to UCLA. Fair sized two roomed apartment. Fitness and health facilities are good.
Air conditioning in the second room was not functioning during a heat wave. The room faces the alley way at the rear of the complex which has bright lighting at night time. The flimsy blinds and lack of blinds, in certain areas, means that the apartment is totally lit up when you are trying to sleep. Utensils in the kitchen are also extremely limited.

the space was roomy, comfy and my daughter loved the pool. the neighborhood was safe and plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance

Location was THE best. A walk away to UCLA where we were visiting. Parking was great and free. Restaurants, Trader Joe’s and Target next door
There was a musky smell in the apartment before we started the air conditioning.

Location excellent for us. Swimming pool was really good. Complex was clean and really well looked after. The lady that met us at the apartment was cheerful and attentive. She arranged for the problem with the air conditioning to get sorted the next day.
Broken shelf in the fridge, bathroom drawer was broken and not repaired during our stay. TV remote wasn’t working efficiently during our first day, however it was replaced the next day. The most irritating problem was the toilet paper holder which was the worst design that I've ever come across. It kept on falling of its fitting causing the toilet paper to fall off whenever used. We did complain but it wasn’t dealt with.

I loved that she sent me videos that walked me through the process of getting into the complex and also where to park and how to get from the garage to the apartment. The location was amazing!! We were able to walk to dinner every night because there are SO many shops and restaurants that are very close. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described...it worked perfect for our family of 4.
There were no chairs out on the patio, so it wasn't really a functional space. It would have been great if I could've sat out there in the morning to drink my coffee. Also, the pillows were too soft (it would be nice to have a variety of pillows to choose from). Lastly, there was not a flat sheet on the bed, only a fitted sheet and the comforter. It would've been nice to have a sheet or very light blanket to use at night.

a beautiful pool! walking distance to great markets and restaurants! washer and dryer in the under! walking distance to UCLA!
was right in between Brentwood and West Hollywood
great value !
- would have preferred two twin beds in one bedroom

It’s like Airbnb with contactless, but smooth check-in and out process. great location near UCLA and nice & clean property.

I was surprised it's not hotel but apartment in big complex but it was great! Clean big warm pool for kids and steam sauna for me was top! close to Santa Monica Beach and airport.
