Location was great, super close to lots of restaurants and transportation. Also enjoyed the gym and other amenities! Check in was super quick and painless, loved the hand written card when I got to the room!
I wish some id the fit and finish of the room was a little nicer. There were a couple of cracked outlets, the WiFi router was not secured to the wall. It would have been nice to have some instructions for the AC unit as well, although I finally figured it out!

Rooms are spacious, all you need is there, staff is extremely nice and helpfull, location is perfect (downtown but not busiest street), close to restaurants and shops, sounds from the street are okay, super easy check in and check out, also the information you get before and during your stay. Just really perfect for a city visit!
Bath tub is a bit slippery. Maybe a anti slip mat would help.

Dry helpful staff. Comfortable bed and all very clean.

Location and staff Marian. She is very helpful. I really appreciate her.
Overpriced. For what you get in terms of room amenities, this place is seriously overpriced. There’s not even room service. I really wish I had known this before booking.
