I love the unique style of the room and how close it is to the streetcar station- which made our commute really easy. The room is big enough for two people as well.
The ac wasn’t that great. We turned it on the whole time we were there but it wasn’t cold at all.

It was really clean and the vibes were excellent, cafe was reasonably priced and great food!
We knew we were a little further out of town going in and it is only 20 min walk to Broadway but if the hotel offered a cheap shuttle or something that went a few times a day that would be ideal

The location was great, I loved the restaurant inside, everything we needed, nice and clean, would stay again.
The bathroom didn’t have a door, we heard from others staying there that their bathroom didn’t have a door either. Elevators could use an upgrade

The location was very good — that's really the main feature of this hotel.
The rooms and hotel itself is very run down. The furniture (desk and bed) is old, with lots of chipped paint and scuff marks. The walls are also in need of repainting. It feels more like a motel than hotel. It feels like the owners are looking to sell it so the next owners will give it a much needed refresh.
