Location was amazing. Prompt response from manager of property when asked questions.

Washing machine did NOT work. Old , broken. Does not spin out the clothes. I did get a prompt response from the owner/ manager, but did not fix the problem. We were not able to do our laundry which we had planned on. Huge disappointment

Fantastic, central location in a beautiful street with plenty of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the major attractions. The apartment is secure, large and the beds comfortable. Host was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Not major issues for us, but the shower was small and the apartment only has one working toilet which may be a problem for a bigger family.

Great location and very spacious

The en suite shower was a bit tricky and tight to get into.

Spacious apartment loads of room for families, location was good

Smell of mildew and mould all over apartment. Asked for an early check in and a late checkout as with kids and am pregnant just with the heat, whoever I was talking to said they may be able to accommodate early check in but when we got there it was a no! Also we were not able to have a late checkout as the next guests requested early check in, however there was nobody there to check in early as we left our bags until 3pm and no sign of anyone no bags nothing when we went to collect bags so we could have had a later check out! Also asked to go to the toilet at 3pm when picked up bags and the girl was so ignorant big sigh when I asked her to use the toilet, I know probably wanted to keep the place clean for next guests but I wasn't going to mess up the toilet! Just thought was a bit annoying.
