The staff is very friendly, the spa is excellent, and there’s a shopping center nearby — it’s very convenient.

My room cost $451 on the first day of my stay, but for that amount there was no toilet brush in the room — this is the first time I’ve seen that you have to ask for a toilet brush separately. You get out of the bath and there’s no comb — you have to ask for it to be brought in separately. At 3 a.m.? Are you serious? In a 5‑star hotel for $451 per night? I hope this is the last time I encounter such audacity from a hotel. Take a lesson from Radisson’s pricing policy in Astana on Syarke. A very expensive breakfast that doesn’t even serve red fish! You’re staying in a room for 451 bucks, you pay for breakfast, and you have to ask for a toilet brush — that’s both sad and funny. I told the businessmen about your accommodation conditions — they were all shocked, some even because the paid breakfast is included in the 451‑dollar hotel rate. I’ve got a lot of complaints, but I don’t even want to waste my time trying to improve things.
