This is a great villa! We were a family of 6 2 friends. We had a great time. The location is perfect, the villa is gorgeous and spacious, the host is very easy to communicate with. The villa is FULLY stocked. Completely stocked kitchen, pool toys and floats, beach towels, coolers. AC was excellent. Generator turned on right away when we lost power- no issues. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen and living room was perfect for a big group. We cooked a lot together and enjoyed having a Bluetooth speaker so we could play music. The views were breathtaking!

Victor, the house manager was extremely helpful. He met us at car ferry and took us to the house. He gave us a tour and clear instructions. The house was well stocked with towels, cooking supplies, beach supplies including chairs, snorkel gear, ice chest, ect.The home was very clean and had wifi that worked well. All the ac units worked great. The pool was clean. There was a washer and dryer which was super convenient. The home has plenty of parking, which is rare on the island. The home is also in a very safe gated community. It was very close to Cruz Bay, grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.We were provided with a long list of recommended restaurants, boat rentals and ect. We found the list very helpful.We can not say enough good things about this home and the experience we had with the host.We have stayed on St. John many times before and this was by far the best place we've found. We highly recommend. I might mention we are a little picky and we were completely satisfied with everything.

My group and i were very comfortable at the villa, lots of room for everyone, kitchen had all you needed and the patio and pool area were our favorite.
