Quiet location but close to the pool and shops. The staff were very helpful

Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher that we ended up washing. And no salt and pepper, an essential I would think

Very spacious, good location, kitchen facilities were wonderful and it was a very good vibe in the house. Pet friendly meant we could take our dog and he had a good time too. Staff communication was very good and very timely.
The air-conditioning system was really weird we were there on -1 nights and it wouldn't heat past 17 degrees. When it finally got past 18 degrees it took our entire two days there. No direct instructions on what we had to clean to avoid the cleaning fee, unsure if we had to do the linen etc.

Big rooms with room for a portacot. Great living room with comfy seating for us all- 8 adults, 2 children under 5 and an 18 month old. The heating worked well.

The size of the property was outstanding. It is huge . The air-conditioning in all rooms was fabulous.
More rubbish bags for the kitchen bin. But I am really struggling to find how it could improve.

Location is fantastic. Overall the house was clean and tidy, and very comfortable to stay! Thanks so much for having us.
A few small issues, the portacot was broken, the batteries in the remote were dead, and couldn't find the wifi password so had to ring and request. Overall, very good but would be nicer with a few basic amenities like tea and coffee, and salt and pepper (that's just if we had to comment on something).
