Location

We booked and paid for full service, beds made up and towels etc. When we turned up only 3 out of 6 beds made up and no sheets to make others and only 1 towel. Rung and had to go pick up our sheets and towels- luckily we arrived before 5pm when office closed. I was told by person at office that I would get a part refund to my bank account next day....but I am still waiting for that. Guess I am going to have to contact them again myself

Location was great! Nice and warm!

Shower and parking

If you are more about enjoying Hanmer than lounging around accommodation, this is a great place. Clean, functional, warm (hallway nightstore plus heatpump). But otherwise, pretty much a (comfy) three bedroom motel unit. Location is superb.

Bare walls, everything a bit tired in the unit, and yet oddly quite highly priced, for what you get.
