It was spacious including two bathrooms which is ideal as a group. The apartment they look at is very modern with a patio area . All rooms clean and comfortable.

The sofa bed was not ideal quite cheap and dated . Could have done with extra towels. The drainage was not good in the bathroom sinks ,

Le logement était incroyable, très lumineux, spacieux, nous ne nous attendions pas à d'aussi grand volume! Il est décoré avec gout et très bien équipé, il y a même une machine à laver, un sèche linge et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le service d’accueil est hyper réactif par l'application. Le métro Roosevelt est à 8 minutes de marche, et il y a un grand supermarché juste à coté.

Le canapé lit du salon est un peu moins confortable que la super literie des chambres On entend le métro et les trains de marchandise, mais on s'y habitue. Prévoir des masques pour le levé du jour pour ceux qui aime le noir car les stores ne sont pas très sombre.

De studio was ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Wat ons meteen opviel bij binnenkomst was hoe netjes en schoon de studio was. Bed was netjes en schoon, badkamer was schoon, maar ook de keuken. Wij hadden een verstopte wc 1 bericht via de app gedaan en gelijk reactie: er komt zo snel mogelijk iemand naar u toe. Dit heeft denk ik een uur geduurd voor er iemand kwam en het probleem was binnen 5 minuten opgelost. Dit vonden wij ook heel prettig en vriendelijke meneer was het ook.

Het geluid van de Metro die elk 15 minuten voorbij kwam ‘racen’, maar dat was voor ons het enige nadeel. Gelukkig reed de metro niet in de nacht waardoor we wel goed konden slapen. En zoveel waren wij ook niet op de kamer, maar als ik een nadeel mag geven dan is dat het.

Eine top Wohnung in einer sicheren Lage, Downtown sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw.). Alle Fragen wurden sofort in der Sonder-App im Chat beantwortet. Einfach großartig!

Die Heizung/Air Conditioning war für mich etwas zu laut, aber das liegt allgemein an der amerikanischen Bauart - ich habe damit grundsätzlich in den USA Schwierigkeiten.

No es muy limpio. No se encargan de hacer limpieza ningún día. Muy ruidoso.

Alojamiento consiste en departamentos sin administracion visible. Muy buen alojamiento y ubicación.

se registro un problema con la alarma de incendios que dejo un sensor sonando toda una noche, debido a que no hubo revisión ni reparaciones por parte de la administración. Se hizo una reparacion al segundo dia, pero en la tarde comenzo nuevamente a sonar. Esta vez, ante los reclamos, nos cambiaron de unidad. Parece ser el problema de este tipo de alojamientos que no tienen una administración visible.

Location, had a washer/dryer

Had a water fault that resulted in a loud noise emitting from the appliance cupboard almost constantly. On two occasions I was told someone would come to take a look and I waited for in the room for maintenance for several hours. No one showed up and I eventually said I was no longer interested in having it fixed as I didn’t want to waste any more time sitting around at the property. They did partially refund me which was good. There were also hair strands that were definitely not mine in the bed which I did not report due to the above negative experience
