The hot tub and the view were the best part. Overall it was a nice place to relax for a couple days. Everything seemed for the most part clean. Some areas of the kitchen were somewhat dirty. I loved that they had a few things for entertainment and even toys for the kids.

The cabin can use some little upgrades that would make a big difference. The cabin at night was dark and some areas didn’t have lights.

What we enjoyed the most at the Holloway Chalet was the hot tub although the breaker would trip every time we would set it to jet 2. We also enjoyed the spacious cabin with a beautiful Kitchen and living room. The children loved the foosball and playing Jenga, there was plenty of board games available and also a pool table with foosball. Wifi came in handy and worked very good.It was an overall unique experience and built good memories there with the family. The cabin had plenty of silverware, pots, pans, microwave and equip with the necessities. We enjoyed the homey atmosphere that the Holloway Chalet had to offer.

Communication is key and the Host could have been more specific of how we could access the house, we spent about an hour trying to figure out how to enter the home, there was no number to reach to for assistance and when I would call the number they provided us with for any emergencies and that line wasn’t working. When we entered the home we started sneezing from how dusty it was, the couches, beds, and just through out the whole cabin was very dusty. I recommend getting pest control out there for mice, when we entered the master bathroom we noticed there was a dead mouse on the floor and at night you can hear the mice around the rooms, there was also mice droppings throughout the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. A few of the blinds had a string ripped off therefore we couldn't completely raise the blinds. The patio was very dirty filled with leaves we had to sweep and dust off the patio furniture since it was very dusty and dirty with leaves as well. The cabin can use a little TLC. The children were not able to watch television like cable, Netflix or YouTube wouldn’t work, that needs attention. I recommend getting a Keurig for coffee. The house can use some updated essentials and a new broom and mop is much needed.

where do i start.. air conditioning did not work..hot tub was not functioning..dirty laundry in the garage and trash piled up in the garage where the pool table was located. so no extra blankets they were all dirty. Broken patio furniture. The grill was dirty that the whole grill was on fire. Ants constantly in the kitchen. Holes in the patio door screens. Dirty filthy air conditioner filter. No welcome instructions. We rented this place because of the hot tub and it didnt work. No dish soap no wash rags or towels for the kitchen.....
