The size
The place is run down and DIRTY/dusty WITH MICE AND COWEBS, and of course, spiders

Almost EVERYTHING! The patio, games, bottom room, all the utility needs for cooking washer/dryer a plus.
I found 2 spiders and a weird cool looking bug that I will keep as a souvenir. It was not surprising since the home is surrounded by beautiful woods, pine trees all NATURE.

I didn't Lil that the pictures on the website make it look like of thier is a lake in the back yard.

Shuffle board was very old and didn’t work Old the appliance were super old and the oven didn’t work well. Dishwasher never stopped so we had to it manual.

This cabin was perfect for kids. They had so much fun downstairs in the game room and out on the deck with the snow.
There was a dead rat in the rat trap under the downstairs bathroom. I understand it is a cabin and that is what happens, but maybe check the cabin before the guests arrive.

The pipes in the restroom were clogged and the toilet overflew badly flooding when using the washing machine.
Vacasa sent a plumber to fix the problem. Appliances are really old.

The couch was broke and the wifi didn't work and the screen door was broke

Very Family friendly, Cozy, perfect side hill for children to slide down during snow season. Did not have to travel for children to have fun in the snow.
Stove did not work properly, only one burner had heat regulation, and it was hard to keep the room downstairs warm.
