The house is new and the community is very nice with walkways to enjoy the property. The issue was with the management. We were never told that the clothes washer was not operational, even though they were aware of it before we arrived. The water restrictors on the kitchen sink and showers make washing dishes and taking showers difficult. The person we communicated with for management was not friendly and borderline adversarial. Be prepared to submit your drivers license before you are allowed to review the rental agreement and you’ll be required to FaceTime her upon arrival.

We loved the home, pool, furnishings and convenient location. Everything was there that we needed; we relaxed and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, views and convenient location to awesome hiking! Thanks for making it so easy!

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures were a good depiction of the property. We had a great and relaxing time. The neighborhood is quite in a gated community. I think they need to update their deck furniture. We did experience the hot water issue once. Other than that it was great

Pictures don't do this property justice, probably the best views within the Desert Princess. Amazing pool/spa, super clean, 12FT ceilings, perfect location. Lighted walking paths were great in the evening. Weber BBQ Grill on site! Great communication, we will be back next year!

Well-appointed, well-situated home gave us exactly what we needed in terms of quiet for Zoom work with beautiful views and easy access to play and friends when we weren't working. We would definitely return - maybe for two weeks next time!

Coffee maker, there is no manual, hard to figure out how to operate it though we got it to work somehow everyday after struggle. A simple, one button coffee maker would be nice.

Great Desert Getaway
This home is better than the pictures show, we would go back again! Very comfortable and clean. The property grounds and the golf course are very nicely manicured. Centrally located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, cooking in the nicely appointed kitchen and relaxing.

This home was perfect for us; we had a fabulous stay! Great location, beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The check-in and attentiveness to our needs was excellent. We loved that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, what a bonus. The pool and spa were wonderful and the grounds of the home, and the entire resort, were immaculate. The neighbors, and anyone you bumped into out and about, including groundskeepers, were very friendly. You will not be disappointed!

Our host made it easy for us to do so. The interior was super spacious and nicely decorated and the kitchen well-equipped. The Desert Princess grounds are stunning and we enjoyed several walks and a game of pickle ball at the community Club. The location was perfectly close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful few days in sun and warmth. We can't wait to return!

I came with my family for a quiet week away in some warm weather to sit in a pool and hot tub. That's exactly what we got. A delightful house, very quiet community, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. I wish we had time to golf.

We were looking for the perfect property to do a long weekend escape from all the craziness we have all been going through. This property was perfect! It is exactly as you see it in the pictures. It is very spacious, decorated with very good taste and it has a great pool/hot tub with amazing views of the Palm Springs mountains.We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend in this beautiful property! We will definitely plan to come back to this property in the near future.

Wonderful pandemic escape!
We were looking for the perfect property to do a long weekend escape from all the craziness we have all been going through. This property was perfect! It is exactly as you see it in the pictures. It is very spacious, decorated with very good taste and it has a great pool/hot tub with amazing views of the Palm Springs mountains.
We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend in this beautiful property! We will definitely plan to come back to this property in the near future.

Beautiful vacation rental for our New Year’s in Palm Springs. Modern and spaces with an amazing pool and hot tub with epic views of the mountains. Close to town but far enough out to be quiet when you want it. Gorgeous location for running in the mornings. Highly recommend!
