COMPLETAMENTE Ristrutturato 2 CAMERE DA LETTO 2 BAGNO CONDO NELLE TORRI DELLA SPIAGGIA DI CACAO. Questo condominio è nuovissimo e completamente arredato. Compresi tutti gli accessori da spiaggia, sdraio, ombrelloni, asciugamani, spiaggia opaca e carro da spiaggia per trasportarlo. Tagliatelle da piscina. Due biciclette. Putter e palline da golf per il putting green. Racchette e palline da tennis da utilizzare nel campo da tennis. Pallavolo. Giochi da tavolo e libri da godersi in piscina o in spiaggia. Abbiamo anche due canne da pesca e boogie board e una tavola da surf! Nessun dettaglio è stato trascurato. Questo condominio è immacolato. C'è un letto king size nel master e due letti full-size nella seconda camera da letto. Due bagni completi, uno nel master, entrambi completamente ristrutturati. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size nell'unità. La piscina è la più grande piscina riscaldata di Cocoa Beach che si trova sulla spiaggia. C'è un putting green e campi da tennis in loco. Balcone con tavolo e sedie per godere della splendida vista sulla spiaggia. Vacanze nel giro di lusso, il paradiso ti aspetta!

Thank you for a wonderful vacation in Cocoa Beach. This is a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. Access to pool and beach very easily. Well equipped kitchen and beach supplies. Walking to grocery store and several restaurants a huge plus. We loved our stay here and hope to return again for a longer stay. Thank you Wendy for being a great host and answering our questions right away!

Wendy's location was absolutely perfect. The condo was so beautiful, nicely renovated and modern. The bathrooms looked so beautiful. Everything on arrival was SO clean, and it was stocked with plenty of towels for the beach. In addition, there was a cooler and beach chairs, umbrella etc.
The kitchen was clean and fully stocked as well. Check in and checkout was easy, and we loved the quick walk to the beach.
Seriously, this place was amazing. Highly recommend. We loved our stay.

We love this place! Perfect beach access which was perfection to catch the spaceX launch. Walking distance to the pier, Tourist attractions, without being too close to Orlando. The only thing that could use improvement were the beds. We didn’t sleep well because they were all very worn or hard. Other than that, this was a perfect getaway! Wendy was great and had excellent communication. We will definitely be back.

The properties location was absolutely as described with direct access to the beach. We made good use of the beach equipment provided, with the children loving the sea and body boarding. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. We all loved cocoa beach and hope to be back one day.

We absolutely loved our stay! Appreciated that everything from kitchen ware to beach umbrellas were at hand and easy for us to use. The condo was very clean and well maintained.

The condo was excellent, clean, well decorated and furnished. Windy welcomed us with snacks for the kids, a bottle of wine and plenty of beach toys and accessories. We were very pleased and highly recommend Wendy's condo to all our friends and family. If you are headed to the cape this is the place to stay. We used it as a launching point for our Disney Wish cruise.

This place was great! Very clean. Pool was big and very nice. Easy access to the beach. Very close to the pier. And we got to see a rocket launch right from the beach!

This was a very quiet and peaceful area. Wendy was very helpful with any questions we had from the condo to the surrounding area.I recommend this area for family’s for a very quiet relaxing vacation.

We loved this condo. There were so many thoughtful touches including beach toys, toiletries and coffee! It felt like home but with shuttle launches and long days at the beach!

We (my husband, kids 13/7, and I) stayed for a long Memorial Day Weekend. This VRBO had the best amenities by far. We love to stay in a short term rental over a hotel for our vacations, and this one by far exceeded our expectations. It has everything needed to enjoy your beach vacation. The host was very accommodating! We already are planning our return trip and will stay here for sure.

We had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach and a great stay in the condo for the 2nd time. This place has everything needed for our family - great location, wonderful pool, amazing condo unit and amenities, no detail was missed! The kids love all of the amenities, including the pool and beach toys! We will return!! Thank you for helping make our 2nd visit so memorable!

We have stayed at other rentals before but this was the first that really made us feel welcome. It was exactly as described. The washing machine was not working but the public laundry was just down the hall and was easy to use. We were still able to use the dryer in the condo. There were extra things everywhere which were so appreciated - a few snacks, paper goods, soaps and even bath products. Location is fantastic. Wonderful little pool. Steps to the beach. Such nice beach supplies to use. We had the pier to the south and watched a rocket launch just to the north. There is a super market and a restaurant/bar just a block away. I can’t say enough. We enjoyed Kennedy Space Station, kayaking with Finn Expeditions (dolphins/manatees), and beautiful sunrises on the beach. This VRBO was the perfect launch point for all our adventures. Thank you so much!!

What an amazing Condo Complex and unit. Every aspect of our stay was well thought out by Wendy. All amenities listed were available to us plus some extras we weren’t expecting. My wife and I stayed with our four kids (ages 4, 4, 6.5, and almost 8). They were well entertained with the provided closet of pool and beach materials. The tv’s in the rooms were so nice around bedtime for a little relaxation time. A couple small issues came up but were handled very quickly by Wendy and he staff. Very professional and great communication before, during, and after our stay.
If you are looking for a great location that provides everything you need within walking distance, I recommend staying at Cocoa Beach Towers!

This place was right on the beach. It had a wonderful balcony with a view of the ocean. Be sure to check launch dates on Cape Canaveral. There was one we could have seen if we had known about it.
The condo was beautiful! They had everything we could need. The kitchen was very well equipped. They had nice things for us to use at the beach. There was a wonderfully large, heated pool. I highly recommend it!

This gem is beautifully decorated and spotless! Location is perfect. You can walk to restaurants and to the beach. Wendy pays such attention to detail. You will find special treats and specific directions during your stay, and she is a great reference for places to eat with quick response time.

The condo is in a nice area with designated parking. Easy elevator access on the 2nd floor. It has a pool view and view of beach beyond from the large balcony. Access to both pool and beach are easy. The condo is lovely with everything you need for your family vacation. It is near restaraunts and across the street from Publix supermarket

This property was just as it was described. It was very clean, had everything you needed, and more. It was nice that Wendy met us there to explain things, and said to contact her anytime if we had any problems, or questions. Location of this condo was close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, and groceries. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. We hope to return some day.

The condo was in a great location. Everything was clean with excellent instructions in the app and printed in the condo. The pool was really nice and the beach was just past the pool. We had 2 kids and 4 adults and the condo offered plenty of room and amenities to keep our group happy. Wendy was super responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Vacation
Great location, great unit with all the appointments you could want. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The condo was clean and up to date. The location being steps from the beach, also with a pool is a must have. Would not hesitate renting this condo again.

Fabulous and clean condo right on the beach
We stayed here with our 3 boys (10,9,5) after a trip to Disney. This condo was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. It was great that the condo's pool was by the ocean and was so convenient. My youngest loved the putting green as well. We would totally stay again!

Wendy's at Cocoa Beach Towers
Very clean place with modern appliances. Proximity to the beach and pier was key for us and this condo was absolutely perfect. Wendy was extremely responsive and helpful and even let us use her surfboard! Loved every aspect of our stay.

Wonderful getaway!
With a family of kids (2, 4, 7, and 9), you never know what to expect! Kids had a wonderful time in the pool and at the beach with all of the toys available to the condo unit. As a family, we enjoyed walking to dinner one night and the proximity to other important places (ice cream shop, mini golfing, grocery store). The unit was well appointed with everything we needed and wanted for our stay - thank you for your wonderful hospitality and fantastic condo!! We hope to return soon!!

Perfect Beach Getaway
Wendy was great to work with! Answered all of my questions quickly and was very friendly. The condo was perfect! Every detail has been thought of and the design was beautiful. A perfect place to spend the week relaxing. Great location and beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed walking out to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise. The location is walking distance to the pier and several restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean.
