Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Condo was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We didn't have any problems, but the check in/out instructions and other directions were communicated very well. Condo is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We loved our family vacation to Cocoa Beach. Will definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Cocoa Beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time this past week! The unit is spacious with plenty of towels as well as ALL of the essential's. Everything was clean and decorated wonderfully! We were able to swim in the pool as it was very warm! There are plenty of dining options within walking distance, and the Publix supermarket is 2 blocks away. At the last minute we chose to extend our check out time to 5:00 so we could have one more beach day, and everyone was very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!!!
