The property was very cute and only steps away from the beach. We appreciated how the unit had beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella available. The bldg was very quiet and clean and in a great location. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to go to cocoa beach.

Chateau by the Sea was wonderful! The condo was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped.
We loved the amazing rooftop views—we even got to watch a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center! The beach closet stocked with chairs, an umbrella, and towels was an excellent, convenient touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and responded instantly the few times we needed assistance.
We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend it!

Nice and clean condo, right off the sandy white beach. I especially like that the condo included beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby and a Publix (large supermarket) within walking distance.
