Chateau by the Sea 103 is the perfect place to get away and relax. There are two master bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathroom. In addition, everything you need is provided such as a full kitchen, all linens/towel and a washer/dryer. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment. There is only an Air mattress available for additional sleeping space.

The ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a heated pool only a few steps from your patio, along with a breathtaking 360 degree view from Chateau's private rooftop patio.. This ground floor unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

It was such an amazing week for all of us including the pups. Thank you for making it so special . i would up having a kidney stone attack on saturday my birthday but took it easy the last 3 days n slept. Zareh was a helpful n accommodating couldn’t ask for a better host !

It was nice and quiet, close to everything! Although the temperatures were cold it was nice to be right on the beach. Hosts super accommodating and communicated very well! Pup really enjoyed his stay as well!

Very clean and comfortable. Appreciated product dispenser in the bathrooms. Nicely decorated. Easy beach access and great location. Appreciated the beach chairs. Love the roof top. The vertical blinds in the bedrooms did not provide darkness for sleep. Would have been great to have a clock.

The host was very attentive through the whole stay. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The beach is steps away and restaurants are within walking distance if you want to park the car for your stay. The property also has a nice pool and observation deck, which is great to watch the space launches. All around a great place to spend your Cocoa Beach vacation.
