Questa bella casa con poco più di 2400 piedi quadrati offre un piano piano aperto con cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno che si affaccia su un ampio patio che si trova sopra la quarta buca del corso Dunes Pete Dye a La Quinta Resort and Club con vista mozzafiato su Santa Monti Rosa. 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni. Camera matrimoniale Letto king size, 2a camera da letto Letto matrimoniale, 3a camera da letto (Casita) Letto matrimoniale con ingresso indipendente. Vietato fumare. We had a fabulous February at our Duna home. The home was spacious and well laid out. Furnishing were new. The only suggestion is that the carpet in the master bedroom should be replaced .

Everything was awesome ! only minor item was the room in the back was a little warm it never cooled down enough, but , other than that everything was great !

Great 6 weeks! Perfect location! Walk to Old Town, bike to the gym and Fritz Burns park. We loved having access to the facilities at the resort. House is very well stocked- esp the kitchen. Only thing I would update is the carpet in the bedrooms and casita. Hard flooring in these rooms would be a big upgrade.
